Disease

Trauma release

Ascension

Science

Creativity

Spirituality

Casual

Mental

Higher

Oh the stories we tell!

Oh how we love to create!

Energy can never be created or destroyed

It is always conserved.

It is always transferred

From one form to another.

So the big question is,

Now what’s next?

Make friends with a cat!

A RELATIONSHIP OF OPPOSITES

Today, I flow with the sun

And you with the moon

Today, I am the warmth of the light

And you are the shadow of darkness

But life is funny that way

Things change in an instant

Tables get turned.

So remember,

There is no self

Without the other

And no other

Without the self

Once divided

But now united

Like yin and yang

We bring peace

And balance

And turn this duality

Into a whole.

MOSQUITO IN METAPHOR

I could have shooed it away

But I smacked it instead.

The mosquito died instantly.

And, left in my hands,

A splotch of my own blood.
